residential plans construction within seven days. This move can give a huge
growth in the Pune realty business.
This is going to be the biggest New Year bonanza or gift for the
developers. Earlier developers need to wait for three to twelve months for the
approval. Government’s decisions over this recent policy have brought some
cheers to realtors. Not only for the

of cost of buying flats, apartments and properties in Pune.

Speed approval of the plans was one of the long pending demands of the
developers of Pune from the government. Now Honorable Chief Minister Mr.
Devendra Fadanvis has made it clear if any developer applies as per any of the
standard designs following with the required procedure, permission should be
granted with seven working days.
